New Post: QuickStarts for WPF

I can find this: "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319"

But my Silverlight files are in the following folder: C:\Program Files\MSBuild\Microsoft\Silverlight\v5.0

Not sure what I need to do really.
