I believe this is not the Prism library you are looking for. This library does not provide a prism.dll assembly file and as far as I know, it does not throw the error shown in the log.

In the data of the prism.dll file you posted it says it the file is copyright of X-Rite. Perhaps you can find support regarding this error in its website:
